8050 Goals and History
Due to a generous contribution from the Breihan Family, NSC was gifted 8050 Watson Road at the end of 2019, right before the pandemic struck. The building leases to several nonprofits at below market rental rates.
Nonprofits at NSC 8050 have access (subject to availability) to a community board room, training room and other conference space. We’re currently 100% leased, but, as our for-profit lessees move on, future available spaces will be leased only to nonprofit tenants.
Meeting Room Rental
Nonprofit Cost: $60 for half day rental, $100 full full day rental
General Cost: $100 for half day rental, $160 full full day rental
Capacity: 70 people (2 per table) or 75-100 standing reception
The Learning Center comes equipped with a 70’ TV, a remote slide advancer, wifi, a refrigerator, and the use of NSC’s kitchenette.
Nonprofit Cost: $25/hr
General Cost: $40/hr
Capacity: 18-25 people
The Boardroom comes equipped with a 70’ TV, a remote slide advancer, wifi, mini fridge, and a coffee maker.
Nonprofit Cost: $15/hr
General Cost: $25/hr
Capacity: 12 people
The Conference Room comes equipped with a 70’ TV, a remote slide advancer, and wifi.

Office Space Availability
Office spaces are available for rent for short-term and long-term tenants. Spaces range from 168-860 square feet. Event spaces are also available for rent, and there is a discount for non-profit organizations. Spaces can accommodate 15-70 people.
