About Arts and Education Council

Arts & Education Programs 

Arts & Education Programs provide crucial funding to area non-profits through the following initiatives: 

Arts & Healing Initiative (Applications are currently closed. Please check back in spring of 2026 for updates) 

These grants provide funds for arts, social service and/or health organizations to bring in arts-based wellness programs that aid in the healing process and improve the quality of life for individuals and their families. 

Rural Arts Initiative (Applications are currently closed. Please check back in spring of 2026 for updates) 

Grants assist in building community engagement, social connections, combat social isolation and enhance rural communities throughout Missouri and Southwestern Illinois. 

Support A+E
